Hi, I’m Katherine! I know firsthand that dietary restrictions don't have to mean sacrificing flavor or enjoyment. Whether you're managing food allergies, following a medical nutrition plan, or simply want to eat in a way that supports your health, I'm here to help.

With over 15 years of experience as a personal chef and cooking instructor, I specialize in creating beautiful, nourishing meals that work within your unique needs. I spent time as a retreat chef at 40 Years of Zen and have taught classes at PCC Market. From autoimmune protocols to multiple food allergies, I've worked with it all.

My approach is simple: real ingredients, expert technique, and food that makes you feel good.

Dom here! A Chicago-born chef from an Italian family that always gathered at the dinner table. I love to cook, and every menu I make is filled with thought, creativity, and love.

For 15 years, I’ve led hundreds of cooking classes, published recipes on the internet, and provided meals to many hungry guests. At 40 Years of Zen, I discovered a new world of wellness through cooking organic, pasture-raised, and grass-fed food that supports your body. I also discovered my love for my friend, Kat. <3

  • We create globally inspired meals that are focused on health and wellness. Our meals are anti-inflammatory and we strive to create delicious allergen free meals for our clients.

  • Together we have over 15+ years of experience serving clients with complex dietary needs. We have worked to create meals for medical nutrition plans and more.

  • We are serving Seattle and local areas with weekly meal prep, cooking classes and event catering.
